Our Project Office is responsible for defining a series of simple practices and standard reports for use within Magnum Opus managed projects. Magnum Opus has developed a Project Management methodology which is comprised of a set of discrete modules.

Each project is assigned a project manager who is dedicated to your project for its duration  ensuring continuity and accountability. As our project management  methodology is modular in structure it can therefore be tailored to suit the scale of the project ensuring management overhead is kept to a minimum, which translates into a more cost effective proposition for you the client.
